General terms and conditions for media

Hymer-Leichtmetallbau GmbH & Co. KG makes image data, product and application photos, sketches and films (referred to hereafter as media) available for publishing to customers and interested parties in order to advertise our products or provide information about these or the company. In terms of licensing and use of the media, the following terms and conditions apply exclusively.

Hymer-Leichtmetallbau owns the copyright of any media licensed for use. If and to the extent that third parties hold the copyright, Hymer-Leichtmetallbau is authorised to use the media. By licensing customers / interested parties to use the media this does not include a transfer of rights over the media

The customer / interested party is authorised to use the media without time restriction. Hymer-Leichtmetallbau can withdraw this at any time with a notice of 4 weeks.

The media licensed by Hymer-Leichtmetallbau may only be used and published by the user without change. The following exceptions apply:

• Images may be freely resized (larger or smaller).
• Captures from images may be created and published provided persons or products are still represented in full.
• Cropped images may only be placed against neutral backgrounds in which no other texts or products can be seen.
• Licensed logos and lettering from Hymer-Leichtmetallbau in particular must not be changed and / or shortened in any way. It is also forbidden to embed customer logos in our image data.

The user is obliged at all times – though particularly when updating or reprinting its publications – to ensure that the media licensed by Hymer-Leichtmetallbau is up-to-date. Only current media may be used.

Any dissemination of the entrusted media data to third parties requires the prior and explicit consent of HymerLeichtmetallbau.
